IT Specialist for Technical Customer Service

We are looking for a resource to be included in our Service team which will continuously manage the services provided to our customers, activate new services and projects and contribute to the technological evolution of the back end and front end of our digital communications management applications .

The candidate must have the following knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the office package with particular attention to Access and the integrated VBA language
  • SQL sintax
  • XML - HTML - CSS
  • .NET framework knowledge,C # and / or VB.NET language is appreciated
  • Visual Basic (VB.NET) knowledge is appreciated
  • Crystal Report product knowledge is appreciated
  • basic knowledge of graphics (Illustrator/Photoshop) is appreciated

They are also required:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • orientation towards interpersonal and group relationships
  • collaborative approach
  • excellent analysis and problem solving skills
  • strong ability to transform technical content into commercial opportunities for customers
  • method, organization and planning
