CREATES WORKING GROUPS AND ALLOCATES MESSAGES BETWEEN GROUPS AND USERS

Users are allocated to each Working Group in order to work collaboratively on each certified email box. Therefore, depending on the individual profile, document folders can be allocated from one user to another or from one Working Group to another. The software can be configured to automatically capture messages and attachments from company servers or from the My-Archive document management system with which it is integrated. This reduces manual work in incoming document acquisition.

LEGAL ELECTRONIC STORAGE OF ALL CERTIFIED EMAILS (AgID accreditation)

The messages in each configured box can be electronically stored to ensure their authenticity and integrity for 10 years in accordance with the applicable legislation, i.e. Digital Administration Code (link to a dedicated page).
