FOR AN ORDERLY, SMART AND COLLABORATIVE MANAGEMENT OF YOUR CERTIFIED EMAILS
ALL OF YOUR CERTIFIED EMAIL BOXES ARE ARRANGED IN A SINGLE ONLINE ENVIRONMENT
Normally, certified business emails are managed in multiple modes, i.e. email clients, webmail tools and access credentials shared by several users, which entails very high risks in terms of privacy, security and misalignment of information between colleagues. Pec-Manager allows you to configure all boxes in a single accessible environment with personal credentials and create different working groups for each organisational department (e.g. Legal Department, Administration, etc.).
CREATES WORKING GROUPS AND ALLOCATES MESSAGES BETWEEN GROUPS AND USERS
Users are allocated to each Working Group in order to work collaboratively on each certified email box. Therefore, depending on the individual profile, document folders can be allocated from one user to another or from one Working Group to another. You will always be aware of who works on a folder, thus avoiding the forwarding of messages to personal emails and achieving total control over message management.
AUTOMATICALLY COLLATES MESSAGES AND MATCHES DELIVERY RECEIPTS
Pec-Manager maximises user experience by intelligently creating a work folder in which all certified emails referring to that folder are collected. Each message is automatically associated with a delivery receipt making it always available with no risk of loss.
ALLOWS THE AUTOMATIC ACQUISITION OF INCOMING DATA AND DOCUMENTS
The software can be configured to automatically capture messages and attachments from company servers or from the My-Archive document management system with which it is integrated. This reduces manual work in incoming document acquisition.
LEGAL ELECTRONIC STORAGE OF ALL CERTIFIED EMAILS (AgID accreditation)
The messages in each configured box can be electronically stored to ensure their authenticity and integrity for 10 years in accordance with the applicable legislation, i.e. Digital Administration Code (link to a dedicated page).
